Returns & Exchanges Policy
We at jonsimports.com want you our valued client to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. The reality of buying on line is that sometimes you see a product different in a picture than when you receive the product and see the color, shape and size.
You must contact us by e-mail or by telephone and inform us of your invoice number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). We will not under any circumstance give a refund without the RMA number on the outside of the box. Any packages without the RMA number on the box will be refused at the warehouse.

- Returns must be done with approved authorization only, otherwise it will not be accepted.
- No returns on special orders, seasonal items or bulk orders
- You must ask for the authorization within 10 days of receipt and they must be shipped in its original condition.
- We will replace any item (depending on availability), or issue you a credit. All products must be returned in original packaging and condition, however, if no mistake was made by the staff of www.jonsimports.com and you simply wish to return your order.
S&H charges are NOT refundable; - Returned items are subjected to a restocking charge of 20% and must be made with approved authorization only;
- No credit or exchange for damaged items;
- Returned items should be exchanged or credited back to your credit card minus the above fees.
- Any claim should be made within 10 days of receipt merchandise. No returns after 30 days. No exceptions.
- After you send your request for the RMA number and it is approved, you should receive an email with your authorization number within 3 - 5 business days.
After receiving your RMA number, please include the following information along with your merchandise to be returned:
- Copy of the original invoice;
- A copy of the return authorization email;
- A letter with the reason for the return
- Write the RMA Number on the outside of the box. Any packages without the RMA number on the box will be refused at the warehouse.
This information will help us to quickly process your return.
Please allow 5 business days for your return to be processed, starting from the day that we receive your returned item (s).
